Order processing and verification typically takes 2-3 business days depending on demand and product supply.
We ship 2-3 days a week being located and shipping from rural Montana sometimes, package pickup and drop off can be delayed 1-2 days. Expected time of arrival: 3-5 days of package pickup.
You will always receive an email once your order is processed as well as a tracking number.
We will ship using either UPS or USPS. There is no guarantee on the number of days from delivery services.
We do refund any overpaid shipping and handling costs. Our website doesn't calculate bulky multiple item orders well. If you feel like the shipping charge during check out is high please contact us so we can double check the shipping cost for you.
We ship internationally and throughout the USA.

Changes to orders.
Please notify me as soon as possible. If shipping has not taken place, we will fix what we are able too. If shipping has happened, we cannot add, remove, or change any items or addresses in the order.
In the event that the delivery address is submitted incorrectly when order is placed, Ranching Tradition Fiber assumes no responsibility and cannot ship out a replacement package or refund these orders.
If you realize that you submitted an incorrect address at the time of your order, please email us through our Contact page to notify us immediately. We can only correct the address if the order has not been shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We assume no responsibility for lost or stolen packages and cannot ship out any replacement packages or refund these orders. If your package has not arrived contact us and we can put a tracker out for it. Otherwise we are not responsible for permanently lost or stolen packages or packages chewed up by your pet or ran over by a car.
